It immediately drew attention for its grandeur and high-end living. Soon after that, social media users shared the images on the internet and speculated that it was Ja Morant’s mansion.
Social media detectives quickly connected the dots by matching the new listing’s photos to the sprawling 13,000-square-foot Eads Estate Ja Morant purchased in 2022. While unconfirmed by his camp, the visual evidence was enough to spark panic across Grizzlies X (formerly Twitter).

This was enough to send the Memphis fans into a meltdown. The 2x NBA All-Star hasn’t been in the best of form since 2022. His production and his presence on the court have continued to drop, and it has directly affected the team over the last few seasons. So far in the last three seasons, Morant has missed 160 games.
