“You give me a date with your girlfriend, Nina…” Georgio Poullas sparked controversy with that remark at the RAF press conference and ignited tension with Arman Tsarukyan. He took a direct shot at Nina Drama, despite her strictly professional relationship with Tsarukyan. As a result, Nina did not stay silent. She confronted Poullas immediately and called his remark “disrespectful.” At first, the situation seemed to settle after the event. However, a Dana White-backed streamer soon reignited the controversy.
Recently, Aaron Steinberg escalated the situation. He posted on X and criticized Nina Drama for rejecting the date offer at the press conference. He then pushed things further by claiming that her content revolves around going on dates with “every fighter,” which added more fuel to the fire. The post quickly reached Nina Drama, and she responded without hesitation. As a result, she fired back at Steinberg in a lengthy social media post and revealed that she had repeatedly turned down his podcast invitations.
Nina Drama blasts NELK Boys member after online dig
“Steiny, for years you have been asking me to come on your pod,” Nina wrote on X . “I’ve said no to you… so you asked Jon to ask me… I said nah… you asked Arman’s team… I said nah. You are a terrible content creator…. Without attractive girls on your pod nobody would watch. You are an entitled kid with no interviewing skills, and you’re bitter I said “no” to you so many times.
Work on your craft and do better. Lastly, there’s a difference between being in on the bit and being used for the bit – I’m not going to let someone use me for a bit for their own promo. But you wouldn’t know the difference because all you do is use people and expect them to be ok with it. Get f–ked and stay out my DMs.”
Steiny for years you have been asking me to come on your pod. I’ve said no to you… so you asked Jon to ask me… I said Nah… you asked Arman’s team… I said nah. You are a terrible content creator. You don’t research your guests… you ride the coattails of Kyle, Bradley,… https://t.co/mA5BNVV7Qn

However, no one has clearly confirmed when Aaron Steinberg invited Nina Drama onto his podcast. What stands out is how Steinberg, along with the NELK Boys (8.4 million subscribers), built their brand through prank-style content and viral videos. Key members like Kyle Forgeard and Stephen Deleonardis played a major role in growing the platform, especially through the Full Send Podcast (2.17 million subscribers).
Back in 2022, Dana White sparked controversy when he gifted Kyle Forgeard $250,000 in cash as a surprise birthday present. That move drew criticism from parts of the MMA community, especially from fans who continue to question UFC fighter pay.
Even so, despite her rise, Nina Drama continues to face derogatory criticism from figures in the MMA space, including MMA Guru. Still, she handles criticism directly and responds with confidence, as she showed once again in this latest controversy.
In addition, beyond these controversies, since the start of the UFC-Paramount era earlier this year, Nina Drama has appeared less frequently at UFC events. However, she still maintains a close connection with Dana White & Co.
Nina Drama gets a surprising compliment from UFC CEO Dana White
Since she began collaborating with the UFC, Nina Drama often faced accusations of being an “industry plant.” However, she has repeatedly proven her critics wrong through her hands-on work and collaborations with fighters. For instance, from taking a slap from Shara Magomedov to exploring the desert with Sean Strickland, Nina Drama highlights aspects of fighters’ lives that many veteran journalists miss.
Although critics often label her content as “cringe,” Dana White consistently supports her, which allows her to perform at the highest level. Recently, White even joined Nina Drama’s Kick stream and, as a result, playfully complimented her feet.
“Oh, those are pretty good feet,” he said after a glance. “I’ll give it to you. Yeah, those are winners. I’m not like a foot guy, but they’re great feet. … I would agree with the rating on Nina’s feet. Great feet.”
“You and I always have the weirdest fucking conversations,” Dana White added with laughter.
Lately, Nina Drama has largely skipped UFC events. The UFC-Paramount deal might be keeping her out of certain contracts. Still, she continues to conduct fighter interviews regularly as a UFC employee. Just this week at UFC Seattle, she interviewed almost every fighter, including Israel Adesanya. However, she skipped fight night and spent time with Arman Tsarukyan at the RAF event instead.
